Job Description
- Responsible for the daily operations of User Support team and ensure its delivery of providing a high quality and effective technical service and support for all PCs and desktop accessories, and PC-based software
- Perform software and hardware installations / upgrade and ensure this is conducted in a timely manner
- Provide support for all PC hardware and software, and PC asset management
- Support the team in ensuring that both project and BAU work activities are maintained within agreed service levels
- Provide a high quality of service to all PC users of the Branch
- Work in partnership with internal stakesholders and external vendors to collaborate and support on the implementation of IT projects
- High Diploma graduates or above
- At least 2 years' work experience in IT Support, preferably in banking industry
- Good organisation skills and attention to details
- Good interpersonal skills to deal effectively with others
- Good technical understanding of installing and managing PC hardware and office applications
