Major Responsibilities:

• Serve as deputy and assistant to team head on daily tasks, projects and ad hoc matters;
• Assist the team head in documentation handling (incl. drafting/reviewing and checking both standard and non-standard facility letters and security documents) independently within tight timeframe and in a professional manner, as well as handling other related activities;
• Handle credit limit and collateral monitoring;
• Prepare various reports for internal and regulatory requirements (incl., CBRC and HKMA);
• Proactively involve in system enhancement projects from time to time.

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably with relevant qualification in banking or legal areas;
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on relevant experience in banking sector;
• Familiar with banking products with documentation experience (incl. bilateral loan, syndication loan, trade finance, treasury products, etc.);
• Knowledge of PRC laws and regulations and exposure of projects on systems an asset;
• Detailed minded, sound analytic skill and able to work independently and under pressure with team spirit;
• Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written. Putonghua speaking is a must;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager / Assistant Manager.
