The client is a respected Global Insurance group, is now seeking an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager (Digial Acquisition & Performance Marketing) - FSI (HKD25k – 40k) to join their growing team in Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate digital marketing strategies (including but not limited to website, social media, SEM, SEO, etc.)
• Develop and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies
• Design and execute Search Marketing campaigns
• Develop contents to maximize brand & awareness and drive conversion in different paid campaign platforms
• Track, and analyze ranking performance on an ongoing basis, and optimize SEO campaigns as necessary
• Monitor, analyze, and prepare reports on marketing statistics such as ranking, traffic, conversion, and more.
• Manage and monitoring campaign delivery results, KPI and budget
• Evaluate the performance of initiatives and provide reviews of campaigns and trends using Google Analytics

Requirements :

• Degree holder in Marketing/ Communications/ E-Commerce or related disciplines 
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Digital Search Marketing, etc.
• Solid Digital Agency background is an advantage
• Experience in online marketing tools, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog is preferred
•  Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized and a good team player
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Lesser experience will be considered as Senior Officer – Digital Marketing
