Responsibilities:

• Handle the daily settlement including but not limited to MM / FX / OTC derivatives / Fixed Income / Structure Deposit throughout the product life cycle
• Perform reconciliation functions for internal control purpose
• Conduct daily HKTR reporting
• Ensuring all processing transactions are complied with regulatory requirements in a timely manner
• Participate in preparing operation manuals
• Set up and maintenance of static data
• Participate in UAT and ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

• University Degree in Economics / Banking and Finance or related disciplines
• Miniman  1 years in Finance Market Settlement experince
• Well versed with end-to-end settlement flow for financial products from deal processing, payment and GL booking
• Knowledge in financial products such as FX / MM, Fixed Income, OTC Derivatives, Structure Deposit
• Knowledge in SWIFT, RTGS, CreationOnline/Euroclear and Murex
• Good knowledge in trade repository reporting of HKMA (“TR”) is highly preferred
• Work on HK public holidays (by rotation) is required
• Proficiency in computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
