We are seeking high-calibre and self-motivated candidates to join our company as full time Management Trainee of Legal and Compliance Department for a period from two months and up to six months. Outstanding management trainees have opportunities to join the company as full-time employees.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide support to legal, company secretarial and general corporate commercial matters, which includes drafting, reviewing, updating and translating internal policies and agreements;

• Conduct legal research for projects and regulatory compliance;

• Assist in projects and KYC/due diligence reviews;

• Maintain the proper filing system of legal documents; and

• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• A law degree in Hong Kong or any major common law jurisdiction; preferably graduated with the post-graduate certificate in laws (PCLL) in Hong Kong; having passed the PRC bar exam will be an advantage;

• Good written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin Chinese;

• Good computer literacy and research skill; and

• Attention to detail, organised and self-motivated.
