Job Responsibilities:

• Assist to handle corporate finance projects including IPOs, M&As, restructuring and fund raising exercises
• Assist senior members on the Listing Rules, Takeovers Code and other matters incidental to the transactions
• Work closely with professional parties such as auditors, corporate lawyers and valuers
• Conduct research, due diligence and participate in marketing and execution of corporate finance activities
• Assist the corporate finance senior members in compiling pitch books, deal proposals, and other CF deal materials.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other business related discipline, (MBA holder is an advantage)
• Preferable current SFC license holder or member of HKICPA, CPA.
• At least 1-year experience from corporate finance or investment bank
• Strong in writing with good interpersonal skills
• Strong critical thinking and can carry out independent market data research and analysis
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Willing to travel back to Mainland China on a frequent basis
• Self-initiative, independent and a good Team Player
