Our client is a well-known and fast expanding fintech startup company and now looking for high calibre to join their group.

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw data for analysis and analyse extracted data
• Analyse, interpret, and present data information to assist decision making of management
• Be able to understand management needs and business context in order to apply data analytics framework / methodology
• Work extensively with Data Dashboards to refine user experience and key metrics research
• Identify acquisition, retention and commercial opportunities based on data, industry trends and competitive environment
• Analyze the effectiveness of push notifications and in-mails/emails
• Understand users behavior on the platform and propose actions to test improvements bases on internal data point
• Support and manage data requests from business stakeholders - can understand business change needs and assess the impact of those changes

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, preferably in a startup or tech/finance company
• Experience in analytical and data visualization tools such as Tableau, SQL, Python, Google Analytics, etc.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success
• A passion for digital currencies and assets
• Good business sense and logical thinking
• Ability to synthesize information and generalize the pattern
• Proficiency in written Chinese and English
• Good presentation skills
