Job Description
On behalf of our client, a leading banking group in Hong Kong and China. We are inviting high caliber candidates to join their team as Customer Service Officer, General Banking Section.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality customer services to prospect customers with focus on general banking service
- Participate and provide support to various branch promotion activities
- Support back-end branch operations
- Handle account opening and provide service support
- Strong in delivering quality services to diverse customer types
- Outgoing, proactive and with strong eagerness to learn
- Strong communication skills and attention to details
- Candidates from non-banking industry will also be considered
