A Globally recognised Consumer Electronics company is looking for a Regional Category Manager. With a growing APAC Marketing function across Shanghai and Hong Kong, they are currently recruiting for two integral Category Management positions in the Hong Kong office.

About the role
As the legal and compliance team, you will be responsible for KYC onboarding cofr coprorate banking clients with legal and compliance exposure

Responsibilities

• Conduct KYC/CRS/FATCA and signatories maintenance functions;
• Adviso to provide KYC/CRS /FATCA /ac signatories maintenance related advice to relationship counterparties;
• Assist in planning, supervising and delivering KYC Global programs;
• Assist in reviewing and updating KYC related policies and procedures and manuals;
• Assist in performing the requests made by HO, HKMA and relevant regulatory bodies ;
• Assist in reviewing and analyzing new HO, regulatory and statutory requirements;
• Support the implementation of KYC /CRS/FATCA / account signatories related and any ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Accounting/ Finance/ Business/ Legal/ Economics or related disciplines;
• 2 years' experience in KYC compliance or KYC operation
• Famailar with KYC corporate banking procesure
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese
