• Oversee the daily operations of various card products mainly on both credit card and ATM card, across account maintenance functions, card personalization out-sourced verdor management and add-on services setup according to pre-defined Key Processing Indicator (KPI).
• Participant in project development relating to new product / service / promotion, with special focus on provision of user requirements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Supervise the running of hotline serving internal enquiry from branches.
• Supervise the teller transaction processing fuctions.
• Guide the Team by maximizing the rountine resources in an efficient and effective manner, especially for those new jobs assignment.
• Ensure all oprations acitivities being complied with the requirements of established policies, guidelines, card schemes and regulators.
• Assist in managing some office administrative functions.
• Assist Management / Business Uses in preparing rountine MIS reports.
• Support Department Head by undertaking the assigned roles and tasks.

• University degree
  
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience at supervisory level
• Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese
• Good PC skills in MS Word and Excel
