Responsibilities:

• Conduct business analysis, workflow analysis and system requirement in support of company business plan
• Automate operation workflow for back office departments by MS excel or other tool
• Prepare and maintain SOPs and procedure manuals for back office departments
• Responsible for preparing test plan, test cases and perform User Acceptance Test when required
• Monitor and keep track of projects / tasks status, and provide regular updates and reports to manager.
• Provide support for product development and user training
• Assist in ad-hoc projects

• Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience of project management / data analyst / workflow planning in banks or financial institutions
• Proficient in MS Excel functions and macro application, knowing VBA is a plus
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
