They are currently looking for a role of Account Opening Operation officer to focus on managing corporate banking account and signature verification system. The candidate should have 2 years of experience in operation within corporate banking, exposure or knowledge in CDD field is also welcomed!

It mainly focuses on corporate finance banking services, asset management, venture capital, investment and insurance services. The team is currently looking for an Account Opening Operation officer who focuses on corporate accounts and E-services in signature verification system.

Description

• Responsible for account opening documentation checking, retrieving signature card and banking document for security system, support in signature scanning, indexing on signature verification system
• Handle inquiry on Static Data maintenance core banking and respective systems, debit charges and dispatch process
• Liaise audit confirmation reports for customer in respective data base or relevant supporting units
• Arrange filling and lodgement, support document scanning and archival process
• Deliver comply with policies, methodologies, procedures and standards

Profile

• Bachelor or Degree holder, HKDSE with 5 passes will be considered
• At least 2 years of working experience in operation sector in banking
• Act as a good team player
• Strong verbal communication and writing skills in Chinese and English
• Strong analytic and logical skills
• Proficient in MS office (Excel and Word)
