Job Responsibilities:

• Acts as primary contact with clients from HK and Mainland China market for day to day account administration and servicing
• Assists Clients in account opening and account maintenance in accordance with company standard, ensure compliance and AML requirements
• Work closely with sales team, assist in establishing sales channels and sales structures to capture business opportunities
• Assist in business promotion, handling inbound and outbound call service, and conduct business promotion analysis
• Well use of Customer relationship management system (CRM) and participate in the construction of CRM systems
• Participate in ad hoc projects, testing jobs or targeted reviews, presents business results to senior managers
• Recommends and implement enhancements to improve effectiveness and efficiency of services and systems
• Participate in the user authority management of various systems in the department

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor or above degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related disciplines
• 3-5 years of solid working experience in Client Service, Relationship Manager Support, Operations or Risk Control Functions in Financial Institutions 
• Honest, positive, able to work under pressure, strong client service and learning abilities, with a decent self-motivation and team work sprits
• Fluent written and spoken in both Chinese and English, good at Mandarin, Cantonese and English preferred
• High sensitivity to SFC and/or HKMA control standard, SFC and/or HKMA license holder preferable
