• Cover existing institutional clients and further expand clientele strategically
• Liaise closely with research institute and trading on daily basis, to provide products and services to clients, feedback with market discoveries and coordinate in between for the most optimized result
• Involve in primary market equities deals, e.g. IPO or placements, and contribute to deal communication and execution
• Work with department heads to execute strategic projects for the firm and to contribute to the development of the platform

Requirement:

• 2+ years working experience in equity sales with proven strong clientele and results
• Qualified of being a sales role (self-motivating, hungry, hardworking, strategic thinking, market savvy, etc.)
• Master's degree preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent social and team-working ability
• Fluent in English and Mandarin with proficiency in Cantonese being an absolute plus
• Familiar with sales and analytic tools
