Job Description
Requirements:
- Degree in CS/CE/EE or equivalent;
- Min. 2-year IT solid working experience of MS Server 2000/2003 and TCP/IP networking in the financial institutions. Knowledge of SWIFT System is a plus;
- Fluent in speaking and writing English & Chinese. (Including Mandarin and Cantonese);
- Excellent communication skill, ability to work independently. Strong trouble shooting skill with IT is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily system operations including data backup, system & network monitor;
- Maintain daily SWIFT operations for connection to the SWIFT network, message file inquiries, basic event journal inquiries, general status and RMA management;
- Coordinate with headquarters on all IT initiatives and resolve IT related issues.
