Job Responsibilities

• Assess all types of individual claims within the authority and make suggestions to supervisor on claims beyond the authority , handle complicated claims, appeal cases in compliance with terms and conditions of policy
• Provide internal training to teammates on claim handling
• Handle enquires from different channels, provide solutions and information within standard turnaround time
• Assist supervisor to handle enquiries and complaints from clients, sales force, etc.
• Assist in system development and perform UAT
• Prepare claims management reports and statistics

Job Requirements

• Post-secondary education or above
• Minimum of 5 years claim experience in individual life insurance/ medical insurance
• Professional qualifications in Life Insurance
• Good comment of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, independent, a good team player
