Responsibilities:  

• Regular Insurance sales support to ensure the team maintain the daily operation and sales activities 
• Responsible for enforcing sales guidelines and sales compliance, monitoring of sales process, take ownership on project task and conduct quality control checking. Including managing various sales quality reports
• Help to prepare operation risk/compliance related report, ensure timely completion of quality control and risk assessment
• Conduct product, marketing and procedures due diligence to ensure an end-to-end compliance of selling and operations of insurance products
• To review and formulate internal policies and procedures to maintain high customer service quality and compliance standard, and ensure compliance with rules and regulations of the department

• Post-secondary education with at least 2 years’ relevant sales or support experience, preferably in banking, customer services or insurance related area
• Passed in HKSI Paper 1,2, 3 is preferred
• Familiar with Insurance products & operation flow
• Detail minded and good team player
• Excellent reading and writing communication in English
