Responsibilities

• Assisting the Chief Executive in managing investment portfolio
• Working independently on settlement of daily trades
• Maintaining excellent relationships with financial institutions
• Dealing with banks on account openings, credit facilities, margin monitoring
• Dealing with fund houses on subscription documentations
• Dealing with banks and fund houses on KYC, AML and all other types of regulatory compliance issues
• Preparation of periodic management reports; ad hoc assignment

Qualifications

• At least 8 – 10 years’ relevant work experience in Private Banking
• Proven track record of success in supporting Private Banking Bankers/Relationship Managers
• Excellent knowledge of wealth management products and procedures
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Fluent in both English and Cantonese
• Genuine interest in wealth management products and financial markets
• Autonomous and dynamic personality
• Handling complex situations
• Flexibility & ability to cope with pressure; readiness to go the extra mile
