We will count on you to:

• Assist in all aspects of work including split preparation and general administrative duties
• Assist in preparation of underwriting specifications
• Assist in producing client proposals, analysis and presentations as required 
• Coordinate and review billing and invoice materials, prepare invoices and certifications
• Interact regularly with clients and underwriters
• Review policies and initiate draft recommendation for coverage
• Request changes from underwriters
• Provide assistance with coverage questions and program adjustments; solve problems regarding client account issues 

What you need to have:

• University or college graduate
• At least 5 years’ working experience in broking industry
• License holder of ACII or ANZIIF
• Good PC Skills, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Ambitious, solution focus and with strong skills in client relationship management
• Good PC Skills, including Chinese word processing
• Good Command of English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
