Job Description
You will:
- Prepare daily inventory and weekly product costing analysis and reconciliation
- Prepare weekly reports for tracking task completeness and monitoring key products usage.
- Prepare monthly management accounting reports, identify and explain variances between actual and budget/ forecast
- Work collaboratively with various internal parties to prepare quarterly dynamic forecast
- Monitor and make recommendations on necessary internal control measures and procedures related to clinical audit for operational efficiency, inventory and cost management, etc.
- Provide troubleshooting for systems, office equipment, hardware and software.
- Support process enhancement and system implementation by monitoring roll-out plan and performing UAT
- Communicate and liaise with internal departments to streamline the information flow necessary to coordinate and support bi-annual stock-take and annual budget planning
- Any ad hoc management reports, analysis, projects and tasks as assigned
- a university degree or above in Accounting / Finance or equivalent discipline
- 1-2 years hands-on financial reporting experience preferably with some audit background on internal controls
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amount of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- knowledge of financial system and application software testing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
- Strong interpersonal skills, organised and drive for results.
