In this role, you will assist in formulating strategies and marketing plan for Mortgage, SME Banking and Secured Lending. You will drive new product development and launch effective marketing programs to deliver business targets, i.e. portfolio & revenue growth of mortgage, secured lending and SME business.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan, formulate and evaluate product and marketing plan to drive new product development, acquisition, utilization and management of Mortgage and Secured Lending
• Develop marketing campaigns, including creation of communication and marketing materials, to drive business momentum
• Work closely with internal departments in implementing new product initiatives and marketing campaigns to maintain strong growth in business
• Keep abreast on competitive activities and drive business growth in different sales channels
• Prepare marketing proposal, product P&L and evaluation analysis to ensure learnings and insights
• Closely follow up on the regulatory guidelines form HKMA or other regulatory bodies
• Provide update and training to sales channels to help on business growth
• Review and fine-tune product features and process streamlining to ensure product competitiveness and speedy turnaround
• Plan and manage marketing budget and provide regular updates

To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:

• Degree holder preferably in Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years’ banking experience preferably in marketing and product development
• Strong analytical and presentation skills                                                           
• Good communication and interpersonal skills                                                    
• A good team player with a strong sense of ownership and attentive to details
