This well-known TW bank is looking for an experienced Manager in guiding the Policy & AML Review team. With an aggressive growth plan and the vision to become a better leader in its field, it continues to gain market share over its competitors.

Your new role
As a senior member of the team, you will monitor the AML control for the Bank across all business lines. Apart from supporting the team head in consolidate the FCC framework, you will also guide the team to conduct risk assessments and AML reviews. Proactively liaise with corporate banking business units to ensure the Bank's adherence to respective regulatory requirements is also part of your job duties.

What you'll need to succeed

• Ideally you will have at least 2 years of banking experience within the FCC area
• Prior experience in conducting risk assessments, CDD and drafting policy will be an asset
• An eye for detail and possessing excellent communication skills
• Strong knowledge of corporate banking businesses
