This well-reputed European bank is looking for a seasoned professional to manage one of their great performing private banking team. You will be managing 5 senior bankers, reporting directly to the strong performing Market Head. They are providing great remuneration package and working culture.

As the Senior Team Leader in a well-reputed European bank, your key responsibility will be to:

• Managing a group of senior private bankers, providing coaching and leadership on client acquisition and client management
• Developing UHNW/HNW clients and building a sustainable book of business
• Identifying business opportunities, problem solving, prospecting as well as structuring an efficient and sustainable revenue model for the business
• Managing business and regulatory risk as first line of defence, highlighting any regulatory issues and ensuring the team is in full compliance with the regulatory requirements as well as the internal compliance policies and guidelines
• Actively leading the on-going development of the team and driving performance and sales management, as well as providing supervisory oversight on risk matters
• Conducting client review and sharing insights with Relationship Managers regularly
• Providing professional input in developing the market strategy

 
requirements.

• University degree in a related discipline, professional qualifications such as CFA, CFP or CFMP is preferred
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in private banking area with management experience across multi-cultures
• Sound leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent business acumen, visionary and entrepreneurial in nature.
