Responsibilities:

• Support relationship managers in daily business activities (e.g. client meeting, report compilation, account opening, transaction execution handling clients’ enquiries etc.)
• Work on the day-to-day operations and regular tasks in accordance with the regulatory requirements and Bank’s policies and procedures
• Support the Department to co-ordinate the business collaboration activities with Head Office and Mainland branches
• Complete ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above with major in Business, Finance or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in banking business, preferred with PB client servicing experience
• Qualified and experienced under SFO to carry out Type 1 and 4 Regulated Activities is preferred
• Familiar with operational procedures and regulatory requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage a good relationship with clients and peers;
• Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
