• Understand customers’ banking needs and to sell/cross-sell banking products to customers
• Actively acquire new customers through proactive sales effort
• Participate and provide support to various branch products promotion activities
• Meet and exceed sales target (for example: account opening, CASA, card products, payroll accounts & etc.)
• Make sales referrals to branch colleagues or other departments as appropriate
• Work with product specialists where appropriate to provide excellent services to customers
• Conduct operational procedures in a compliance manner by following the Bank’s policy/procedures and regulatory guidelines

• Tertiary Education with 1-2 years sales-related experience
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
