Job Description
Responsibilities
- act as intermediary for collating conditions precedent documents and safekeeping of loan documents
- coordinate and handle drawdowns & rollovers;
- channel payments to and from the parties;
- collect and distribute the financial information and KYC documents; and
- coordinate and process any assignment and transfer of lenders’ commitment
Requirements
- A degree holder;
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in regional agent bank department
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese & Putonghua;
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; and
- knowledge of LoanIQ is an advantage.
