Responsibilities:

• Support the Private Banker in all aspects of client service and sales activities
• Provide customer-made services to clients for AUM growth
• Promote and explain the features of the bank products to clients, including but not limited to structure products, money market, securities and FX transactions
• Monitor daily cash management activities for the clients
• Regularly review client's portfolio and assist the Private Banker to prepare the sales reports and conduct sales analysis to understand the clients needs
• Provide solution to clients for any issues on account opening documents to comply with AML requirements
• Advise PB Assistant to prepare credit excess reports when necessary
• Ensure client's records / accounts / investments / market information are current and information updates are timely maintained with relevant accompanying correspondences and meeting reports

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent, preferably in Economics or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in client servicing roles within Private Banking business is MUST
• Very strong speaking in English, fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin  
• Strong understanding of Private Bank products and services
• Good knowledge of Avaloq is a plus
• Advanced excel skills such as Vlookup is highly prefer
• Passion on sales roles, excellent interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills
• PB ARM, HNW sales and front line roles in Private Banking industry are definitely welcome
• MUST holding regulatory qualification (HKMA/SFC): Type 1 (Dealing in security) and Type 4 (Advising in securities)
• Less sales experience can be considered as PB ARM
