Job Description
- Provide phone banking service and support to local and cross border Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) clients
- Handle inwards customer enquiries and instructions in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in the group's marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Meet business targets on service quality, new business acquisition and accounts retention
- Comply with internal and regulatory policies and guidlines
- Secondary education with minimum 1 years’ relevant experience preferably in customer services of banking industry
- Insurance and / or investment license preferred; and possession of related regulatory qualifications and competencies are required
- Self-motivated, independent with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
