Our clients are a market-leading company within the banking sector. They are growing their business team and looking for a General Banking Associate to join them. Candidate will be providing sales activities for their affluent customers on maintaining a high standard of customer and sales services and handling daily administration support in the branch.

Job responsibilities :

On-the job coaching from their associates and management team on customer services, communications skill and selling skills

• Analyze the needs of customers and take part in sales and promotion programs (Account/ Credit card opening) to acquire business including outdoor sales activities
• Handle and follow up customer’s enquiries on company products and services by using a variety of selling and persuasion techniques with a target to close sales
• Follow the established workflow & procedures and deliver quality service to customer
• Follow the sales direct and archive the sales target

Job Requirements & Benefits:

• HKCEE/ALE/DSE Holder who passed in Chin/Eng + Maths
• Welcome Fresh Graduate
• Min. 1 year of sales experience in any industry, preferable in retail banking or retail industry
• Sound knowledge of consumer finance products, including banking's account and credit card
• Sales and results-oriented, pro-active, self-motivated and possess a positive work attitude
• Candidates who completed and passed HKSI or IIQE licensing exams are preferred
