Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Chief Auditor, assist to prepare the annual audit plan
  • Review audit assignments and supervising IT audit teams
  • Promote continuous improvement of the internal controls across the Bank
  • Recommend internal control improvements to various business units
  • Lead special investigation projects and other ad hoc assignments whenever required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Business Administration or Banking & Finance or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5, with full membership of HKICPA and CISA/ CISSP or equivalent qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years auditing experience in the banking industry in which at least 5 years of supervisory experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the bank regulations and operations such as anti-money laundering, technology risk management, credit and market risk management and Basel requirement
  • Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
