Job Description

Work in a team with the World's Leading Risk Management solution specialists as Business Analyst on a wide range of Risk Management products and financial modeling under various Risk aspects, such as AML, IRRBB, IFRS9, RWA, etc. Primary responsibility of this role will be around delivering data science solutions to enable transformation of data into lively analytics results for communicating to stakeholders to support business decision making.

 Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis, workflow analysis and user requirement in support of Risk Management solutions implementation
• Work closely with Solution Specialists, understand product features and identify which function is relevant to the problems to resolve
• Translate business problems / opportunities into tangible analytics requirements and recommend potential solutions
• Serve as the bridge between product owners and solution specialist to explore, develop, test and roll out data-driven solutions
• Assist in test plan, test case and User Acceptance Test run when required
• Manage end-to-end solution delivery and user training

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience as Business Analyst, preferably in bank or financial institutions
• Working knowledge in one or multiple areas: AML / IRRBB / IFRS9 / LCR / RWA
• Experience in RAY / RCO is a plus
• Proficient in MS Excel functions and macro application, VBA knowledge is a plus
• Good knowledge of SQL, Oracle PL/SQL is a plus
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
