Responsibilities

• Develop new partnership with potential partners and maintain relationship with the current partners
• Provide good customer services for the corporate accounts management
• Organize events (both onsite and offsite) to promote market data product
• Conduct research to understand customer needs and market trend
• Coordinate between users and internal IT team or external vendors to ensure an effective product and partnership implementation;
• Write marketing material and other internal documentation in both Chinese and English
• Visit clients with other team members to understand the need and requirements of the users
• Provide customer feedback to product manager to improve products
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• University graduate with at least 3 years' experience in market data industry, business development or marketing
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to attain business objectives and good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, strong written skills in Chinese and English
• Understanding of cloud platform and AI technology is a plus
• Confident, outgoing, pleasant & well-organized
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer.
