Job Responsibilities:

·        Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.

·        Assist in the origination and execution of IPO transactions

·        Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients, including investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitchbooks

·        Identifying and developing business opportunities with clients

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Math, Engineering, Economics

·        1-8 years’ work experience in Investment Banking preferred;

·        Strong quantitative skills focused on financial analysis, accounting and financial theory;

·        Diligent, hardworking, willing to learn and attentive to details

·        The ability to perform effectively in a team environment;

·        Must come from bulge bracket

·        Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is required
