About the job:

• Develop fixed income trading capability and monitor the execution of fixed income orders to ensure it is compliant with company policies, procedure and risk management
• Provide insights for trade implementation and actionable investment opportunities
• Work with investment and trading research team to improve the strategies by trading data analysis
• Maintain close relationships with traders in other regions to better current processes and procedures for enhancing the efficiency and add new ideas to the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder with minimum 5 years of experience of fixed income trading in buy-side or sell side environment with exposure to local and hard currency bonds within emerging markets
• Strong understand of marketing structure and risk
• Attention to details and quick learner to adapt and new asset classes
• Clear and articulate verbal and written communication skills and team player
