Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare credit assessment, process credit application and provide recommendations.

- Conduct marketing research & analysis for technical & financial data.

- Review/verify loan application documents.

- Handle ad hoc duties assigned by Credit team head.

Requirements:

- Higher Diploma or above.

- Minimum 3 years of experience on mortgage loan approval.
  (Less experience will be considered as Senior Credit Officer)

- Self motivated, interpersonal and good analytical skill.

- Experience in using Excel and Power Point.

- Good command of written and spoken English and strong communication skills.
