On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Hong Kong, We are inviting applications for the position of Branch Relationship Manager Trainee. 

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to premium banking customers to satisfy their wealth management needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle premier customer enquiries and provide relevant services within own capacity
• Introduce and demonstrate mainly for wealth management products and services to premium customers
• Enhance and deepen customer relationship through the execution of proactive relationship building
• Work with product specialists where appropriate to provide services to premium customers
• Conduct operational procedures in a compliant manner by following the Bank’s policy and procedures
• Support branch members as required

• University degree with 1 year or secondary education with 2 years in banking industry with branch frontline customer services experience
• Holders of HKSI paper 1, 7, 8 and IIQE paper 1, 2, 3
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
