Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Department including meeting arrangement, data consolidation, reports compilation and preparation of presentation materials etc...
• Process account opening documents in accordance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements and perform AML review
• Handle deposit rate quotation and remittance transactions for Relationship Managers
• Participate in ad hoc assignments / projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Business, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative or operations role in banking industry
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, well organized and able to perform multi-tasks and work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
