Responsibilities:

• Make business developing strategies and built up wealth management business
• Lead a team of Relationship Managers (RMs), Investment counsultants and products team to serve HNW clients on full spectrum of products
• Work jointly and very closely with the business partners in both HK and China distribution channels to formulate, build, develop, implement, monitor the business and resources planning for the segment of HNW customers;
• Establish products platform and develo customized products

Requirements:

• University graduate or above
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Private Wealth Management
• Strong team leader, strategic-minded, self-motivated, attention to details and able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Candidate with investment consultant experience will also be considered
• Mandarin and English is a must; Cantonese is a plus
