Responsibilities:

• Work with life & GI insurer partners to develop new product ideas 
• Conduct market research & analysis and keep up to date on insurance product market trends 
• Manage new product launch project, product & insurer due diligence and ongoing product management
  
• Review product & channel performance and product mix/ offering 
• Ensure insurance sales are in compliance and meet regulatory requirement
• Engage in project initiatives including digital distribution   

Requirements:

• Min 6 years of experience in insurance industry with experience in back office product role
• Good knowledge of Bancassurance operations and insurance products
• Excellent analytical and numeric skills
• Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager
