• Review for the account opening materials
• Staff dealing checking and review
• Update Internal Manuals and policies from time to time
• Learn from the work

Responsibilities:

• Handle and coordinate AML related tasks within the team to ensure effective implementation of procedures
• Maintain transaction monitoring system to comply with relevant government regulations and the company’s internal guidelines and policies
• Implement and complete work/project assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Degree or above major in Law, Risk Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology or other related disciplines
• Experience in Finance industry will be an advantage
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with good written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin would be a definite advantage
• Immediate available is preferred and fresh graduate are also welcome
