We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Client Support Services (CSS).

The Opportunity

  • Responsible for the coordination and completion of key tax related activities and maintenance, whilst providing regulatory expertise and risk management assistance
  • Complete tax operational and administrative duties, ensuring timely completion and compliance with established internal standards
  • Supervises at least one subordinate

Principal Responsibilities

  • Deliver the highest standard of trust & fiduciary operational services and operating efficiency for tax related activities
  • Provide system maintenance (including approval) in relation to tax related information, on a timely basis with high level of quality and accuracy
  • Perform FATCA and CRS classifications
  • Prepare and validate FATCA and CRS documents
  • Filing of Annual FATCA and CRS reporting
  • End to end coordination of tax related processes working with key business stakeholders
  • Provide daily support relating to tax queries raised by the front-office
  • Conduct internal reviews to ensure tax related information is accurate and up to date
  • Ensure appropriate and timely action taken in handling of various requests from the business
  • Handle ad-hoc exercise and projects, where required
  • Dealing with different stakeholders, including Trust Relationship Management team, internal and external auditors, members of TFS Management team and IT team
  • Ensure proper compliance of Trust & Fiduciary Services’ policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • University graduate, with major in finance/business administration, accounting or relevant discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in FATCA and CRS
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of competency in communication, both written and oral, and interpersonal skills, in Cantonese and English  
  • Positive and self-motivating mind-set and attitude
  • Prior trust administration experience would be beneficial
  • Strong computer skills in Excel and Word
  • Able to take ownership of ad hoc projects
