An exciting opportunity to join a sizeable foreign bank as the team lead of the loans operations team, responsible for overseeing and monitoring the loans operations business of the bank.
Company Profile
Our client, a sizeable foreign bank, is currently looking for a Team Lead for their Loans Operations business.
Exciting new role for you
- Lead the Loans Operations teams in the delivery of loan transaction services and execution of loan operations
- Manage and formulate procedures and proper control of banking operations
- Spearhead the development of loan products and operations while conduct training to the team
- Assist in projects required by the business
Requirements
- At least 10 years’ in loan operations along with managerial experience
- Degree holder or above, professional qualification is preferred
- Solid knowledge in loan products and operations, including bilateral, syndication, corporate lending and project financing
- A team player with outstanding communication and people management skills
- Good command of both English and Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin would be an advantage
