About the role

Our client is looking for an Assistant Manager who will be in charge of the Oracle IT system, they are currently recruiting the person who has knowledge or experience in using Oracle systems for financial processing and reporting.

Responsibilities

- Review regularly and identify system and tools improvements, hence, optimise technologies to help enhance operation efficiency

- Responsible for financial systems administration and report publishing using different applications, such as Oracle

- Maintain security on systems in compliance with the company's policies

- Perform financial processing and management reporting using IT systems

- Assist in system enhancement projects

- Complete other ad-hoc system tasks as assigned by the Manager

Requirements

- Bachelor degree holder in quantitative disciplines, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Accounting or related business disciplines

- 4+ years of work experience in system implementation, maintenance, reporting, and problem diagnosis.

- 2+ years of experience in Oracle related applications

- Good command of English and Cantonese

- Excellent Excel and Access skills

- Knowledge in financial applications and processes with ERP systems is a plus
