Job Description
Responsibities :
- Handling company secretarial duties for the listed companies and its Hong Kong and overseas subsidiaries
- Handling and organizing the preparation of annual/interim/quarterly reports, SFC filings, board meetings, board committee meetings and general meetings, and drafting announcements and circulars
- Take some corporate Affairs duties such as coordinates with different suppliers etc
- Assisting in handling ad hoc projects
- At least 2-3 years of post qualification company secretarial experience preferably gained in professional firms and/or listed companies
- Ability to handle full range of company secretarial work independently
- Good PC knowledge of Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with ability to communicate in Mandarin
