Job Description
- Responsible for lending acquisition activities
- Meet and exceed loan target assigned
- Take proactive role to solicit sales from both referral and phone in enquiries.
- Work to follow up on approval and drawdown to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow the established work procedures as stipulated in procedure guidelines and ensure compliance at all times
- Devote accountability and contribute capabilities in ad hoc projects to achieve Company strategic plan
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Professional telephone manner and good communication skills
- Excellent team management capability
- Aggressive, proactive with an outgoing personality
- 2 years of working experience in related field is preferred
