Job Responsibilities:

• Managing and leading the payment team.
• Monitoring daily payment functions including client payment request and house fund management.
• Supervising and authorizing daily bank payment activities.
• Cooperating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations on payment.
• Managing client asset segregation.
• Guiding subordinates for the compliance to relevant rules and regulations especially AML.
• Overseeing the review and enhancement of internal operation procedures for both new and existing business operations.
• Handling ad hoc projects in business development and regulatory requirement, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Extending the scope on management beyond payment team if necessary.

Requirements:

• University or above is required, in Finance, Economics or IT related is preferred
• Minimum 7 years' relevant experience gained at sizable corporations with 4 years or above in managerial role
• Good time management skills, ability to multi-task and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical abilities, creative, and takes innovative approach to resolve problems and task on hand
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese including fluency in Mandarin
