Responsibilities:

•          Assist the Corporate Finance team to evaluate any new business initiatives
•          Perform financial due diligence and analysis on potential investment opportunities
•          Prepare proposals for M&A transactions and business investment opportunities
•          Support Senior Management in ad hoc projects across the team

Requirements:

•          A recognized University Degree in accounting, finance or law.
•          Candidate with CPA, Law or related professional qualification is preferred.
•          Prefer experience in corporate finance, gained from financial institutions or professional firms.
•          Sound knowledge in financial modelling, feasibility study, HK Codes on Takeovers and Mergers and Rules Governing the Listing of Securities.
•          Possess initiative and strong work ethics with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
•          Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and problem solving capabilities.
•          Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•          Proficiency in the use of spreadsheets and presentation skills.
•          Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required.
