Main Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing board, committee meetings
- Prepare agenda books, minutes and relevant documents for meetings
- Translate documents from Chinese to English and vice versa
- Assist in preparation of annual reports and related documentation
- Assist in handling regular duties of Board of Directors Office and Corporate Secretarial Services, maintain the filing system and provide administrative support
- Assist in ad-hoc projects when necessary

Requirements
- Preferably a Degree holder in Corporate Governance, Law, Finance and Accounting or Translation, chartered member of ICSA/HKCGI is preferred (Student/Graduate member will also be considered)
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience gained from banking industry, board office, corporate secretarial or corporate governance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken), especially in Putonghua
- Self-motivated, attentive to details and well-organized
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing (拼音輸入)
