A global private bank is hiring for a Sales Support on a one-year, renewable contract with opportunities for renewal and to convert to a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational support: Perform Independent Call back, coordinate with branch for retail service to private banking and high net worth clients
• Quality check client documents before submission to WMO for processing
• Support management reporting and data tracking
• Handle banking and high net worth front office sales and operations procedures enquiries
• Account Opening Support: Liaise with RM/ARM team to handle PB and TPC onboarding documents
• Work with stakeholders on account opening

Key Skills

• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Good English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Sales support and/or middle office operations experience (advantageous - but not necessary)
• 1 or more years' private banking experience (preferred - but not required)
• 1 or more years' back-office experience (advantageous - but not necessary)
• Client services / account on-boarding related experience (preferred - but not needed)
