Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer inquiries from customers and internal parties (face-to-face, phone or email etc) in relation to Internet Banking SMAR&TS
- Resolve product or service issues by identifying the cause of the problem, determining the best solutions, and communicating effectively with the related parties
- Support the sales team in collaborative manner
- Prepare internal reports
- Assist in system testing and deployment arrangements for new and enhancement of services
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree holder in Banking and Finance, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained from financial institutions
- Proficient in MS Office, with knowledge in Microsoft Excel VBA, Access, as well as networking, web applications, database and programming
- Analytical mind and good problem-solving skills
- Good command of both English and Chinese; proficiency in Japanese is a plus
